Bob Swidler and Jeff Rosin are delighted to announce the affiliation of their respective firms – J. Robert Swidler & Associates Inc. based in Montreal and Rosin Executive Search based in Toronto.  In so doing, Jeff becomes a member of Bob’s international affiliation with members in the US and throughout Europe.  Our two firms will remain independent of each other but will work together on mandates as required.

It is worth highlighting that Bob and Jeff have run Canada’s two most prominent and largest executive search firms for 24 and 15 years respectively.  These firms are the Canadian arms of the two largest executive search firms in the world. So, we possess not only deep professional expertise in solving senior executive and Board mandates throughout Canada, where we have worked in every sector of the economy, but also the ability to handle Canada’s most important and complex global assignments where candidates have to be surfaced in a number of markets.

While much of the executive search profession has gravitated to emphasizing deep sectoral or functional expertise and proprietary global networks, we believe that what matters most to the success of a project is personal service – gaining an in-depth understanding of our client at the most intimate level and then ensuring a fit that will endure over the longer term. With advances in global technology, our ability to swiftly and accurately pinpoint the right talent is second to none. The accent now has switched from locating that talent to engaging and securing it for our clients.
